Collecting certificates, notarized copies, references, maintaining a LinkedIn profile, digital business cards... None of that with us. We focus on streamlined processes and value the person. A short, personalized cover letter and a one- to two-page resume will kickstart your journey with us.

Online Assessment
Coding Interview or Presentation
As a software developer, you'll tackle a coding challenge in C or C++. As a hardware developer or test engineer, you’ll prepare a project presentation. For administrative roles, you'll complete an online challenge that tests your rhetorical skills.

Getting to know the team
Getting to know us and our team. If all systems are green, we’ll invite you to meet your future supervisors. Remember, this interview is for you to convince yourself of us. Do you like our culture? Do you like our office? Be yourself. We don’t bite.

Our contract: fair and detailed
If we still want to work together after the on-site interview, we’ll send you a contract. Our contract is very detailed to eliminate any doubts. We try to clearly and thoroughly explain what each clause means.
